A Uniform Programme That Works On Site and in the Meeting Room

Client: Hanaman Homes
Contact: Emmanuel
Project: Staff Uniform Programme & Client-Facing Workwear

The Challenge

Emmanuel needed his team looking consistent, but a builder's day isn't one setting. There's the site, and then there's sitting across from a client talking through a build. A tee that's right for one is wrong for the other.

Most uniform suppliers solve half of this. They'll print you a run of shirts and that's the job done. What Hanaman Homes needed was a proper tiered kit, everyday site wear that holds up to real work, plus something more considered for client meetings and site walkthroughs where first impressions carry weight.

The Process

We approached it as one programme with different tiers rather than a list of garments, so the branding stays consistent across the whole range even though the pieces sit at different ends of the scale.

Key Steps:

  • Consultation & Kit Planning
Worked through where and how the team actually works, what the weather demands across a year, and which situations needed a step up in presentation. That shaped the garment mix before we got anywhere near production.

  • Everyday Site Wear
Produced branded tees, tank tops and hoodies as the core kit. Built for heat, cold and wear, with print placement and durability set for gear that gets worn hard and washed often. (Blanks and print method? Worth naming if the quality is part of the pitch.)

  • Client-Facing Wear
Added a branded button down shirt for meetings, consultations and anywhere the team is representing the business directly. Same identity, different register. (Embroidery or print on this one? Embroidery reads more premium and is worth calling out if that's what we did.)

  • Production & Delivery
Managed the full run end to end, with everything folded, bagged and ready for the team to pick up and wear. (Confirm if we did individual bagging or sizing packs.)

The Result

Hanaman Homes ended up with a kit that covers the whole working day rather than just part of it. The team looks like one business whether they're framing a house or presenting to a client.

Emmanuel has been back three times since, and every reorder is easier and cheaper than the first. We keep every client's screens and artwork on file, so repeat runs carry no setup costs, and our low minimums mean he can top up a few pieces for a new hire without committing to a bulk order he doesn't need yet.

That's what a uniform programme should be. Set it up properly once, then keep it simple and affordable every time after.
