Step 1: R&D / Info Pack
At By Shade, we're here to help you bring your merchandise, uniforms, event wear, and more to life. The first step is selecting the right blank garments. We offer a wide range of options, from economical to high-quality luxury blanks made in Los Angeles. We also offer custom labels designs for your blanks to be relabelled with your logo/brand.
step 2: print design / finishes
Once we've chosen the perfect blanks, we move on to the print designs. If you already have a design you'd like to use, that's great! The process will be quicker and more cost-effective. If not, no worries—our talented design team can create custom prints for you. We'll ensure all artwork files are prepared for your desired finish, whether it's embroidery, screen printing, vinyl transfer, or DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing.
Step 3: order form / production
The blanks and designs are completed, you will now receive a detailed tech pack and order form outlining print sizes, units per size, and design quantity. Production timeline is 2-6 weeks based on order size. Sampling is possible with extra cost and a 2-4 week turnaround.
Step 4: Q.A / Packaging / handover
Our team is dedicated to quality assurance. Using the AQL2.5 standard, we ensure every garment meets the precise specifications outlined in our detailed spec sheets. For packaging and shipping, we customize the packaging for all your garments to your specifications. Once everything is packaged, we bulk pack the items and ship them to you in our high-quality boxes. We offer both air freight and sea freight options from LA to anywhere in the world, ensuring your products arrive safely and efficiently.
